Member for Barker, Tony Pasin has congratulated the South Australian Athletic League on a successful Mount Gambier Gift that was supported with funding from Round five of the Morrison Government’s Stronger Communities Program.
Mr Pasin said he was pleased to have secured $6,000 towards
the event that has seen reappearance after 10 years.
“Events like this bring people from across the region to
participate in physical activity in a great community atmosphere. They also
generate economic activity for our small businesses. In short, it’s a great
event for the Mount Gambier community and I’m pleased our government could help
support it,” Mr Pasin said.
“Well done to the organisers and all the competitors on a
great event,” Mr Pasin said.
