Member for Barker Tony Pasin has invited community members to a meeting in Mount Pleasant as part of his continued effort to ensure local voices are heard in Canberra.

“I try and be as accessible as possible as I travel around the electorate,” Mr Pasin said.

“I am most effective in Canberra when I have a clear understanding of the matters of importance to my constituents.”

“I have mobile offices at farm fairs, field days and shows to ensure that I’m available as much as possible to speak with my constituents. I’m looking forward to continuing these engagements including hosting regular community meetings.”

“I’m encouraging residents in Mount Pleasant and surrounds to come along and share their views with me.”

The community meeting is being held at the Mount Pleasant Bowling Club at 6pm Tuesday, September 21.

This meeting is one of a series of community meetings held around Barker this year.
