Member for Barker Tony Pasin has invited community members to a Listening Post in Bordertown as part of his continued effort to ensure local voices are heard in Canberra.

“I try and be as accessible as possible as I travel around the electorate,” Mr Pasin said.

“I am most effective in Canberra as the representative for Barker when I have a clear understanding of the matters of importance to my constituents.”

“I have mobile offices at farm fairs, field days and shows to ensure that I’m available as much as possible to speak with my constituents in person. In addition to those events, I’m looking forward to hosting regular Listening Post’s throughout Barker.”

“I’m encouraging residents in Bordertown and surrounds to drop in and share their views with me.”

The Bordertown Listening Post is being held out the front of Bordertown Post Office, 41 Woolshed St, 12pm to 2pm Wednesday, March 17.

This Listening Post is one of a series of Listening Post’s being held around Barker this year.
